We are seeking a highly organised and systems-focused P&C HRIS (Workday & SAP) Coordinator to join our People & Culture team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with HR technology, data integrity, process improvement, and delivering outstanding support to stakeholders across the business.
About the Role:
Reporting to the P&C Systems Manager, you will play a critical role in the administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of our HR systems, primarily Workday and SAP. You will ensure employee data accuracy, support system processes and integrations, provide end-user assistance, and contribute to projects that enhance the employee experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain accurate employee and organisational data across Workday and SAP.
- Process and audit employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, transfers, promotions, organisational changes and terminations.
- Support Workday and SAP system administration, testing, upgrades and enhancements.
- Troubleshoot HRIS issues and provide timely support to managers, employees and People & Culture stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of HR reports, dashboards and data analytics.
- Support payroll and finance teams through accurate data management and system integration activities.
- Participate in HR system projects, process improvements and change initiatives.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, governance requirements and data privacy obligations.
To be successful, you will have:
- Previous experience in an HRIS, HR Operations, HR Coordinator or People & Culture systems role.
- Experience working with Workday and/or SAP systems.
- Strong data management, reporting and analytical skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
