About The Role
This role is responsible for driving organizational development and design initiatives by translating business needs and strategy into effective performance management, talent development, and employee experience frameworks. It focuses on designing and improving end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement. The role also partners closely with HRIS and technology teams to define business requirements, design workflows, and support system enhancements, while leveraging data-driven insights and stakeholder collaboration to deliver impactful HR solutions.
