Paper.io 2 is one of Voodoo's biggest games: 100M+ downloads and a top-ranked arcade title. It's simple, competitive and oddly satisfying, and it's played mostly by Gen Alpha (middle school / early high school).

Role

We're not looking for a community manager or a social media manager who posts three times a week and hopes for the best.

We're looking for a growth hacker who uses social media as their playground. You don't wait for the algorithm; you find ways to game it. You'd rather launch 100 accounts to see which 3 blow up than polish a single post for a week. You know the tricks, the loopholes and the formats nobody has tried yet, and you test them before everyone else does.

Your one mission: make Paper.io 2 massively viral on TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Instagram, measured in views, engagement and virality.

• Build an account machine: Launch and run a network of accounts: niche pages, personas, gameplay clips, languages, AI-produced content. Scale the ones that win and kill the rest fast.

• Use AI as a weapon: Produce, remix and test content at a volume a traditional team can't match, with AI video, voice, editing and automation.

• Hijack trends in hours, not weeks: Spot sounds, formats and IRL trends rising among Gen Alpha, and turn them into PO2 content before they peak.

• Hack distribution: Seeding, comments, stitches and duets, fan accounts, cross-posting, and boosts on winning posts. Every post gets a plan to spread.

• Activate creators and collabs: Find creators big and small, set up collabs, and turn players into content creators through challenges, UGC and in-game hooks.

• Test everything, all the time: Hooks, formats, first frames, posting times, accounts. Read the data, double down on what works, cut the rest.

• Report what you learn. Every week: what blew up, why, and what you're scaling next.

• You've already grown accounts or brands on TikTok/Shorts, and you can show numbers (your own accounts count, and often count more).

• You think in volume, speed and iteration, not perfection.

• You have a bag of tricks: algorithm hacks, growth loops, tools, automation, and you're always looking for more.

• You're fluent in AI tools for content production and scale.

• You get Gen Alpha culture: what's cool, what's cringe, what moves fast.

• You can edit short-form videos yourself, quickly.

• You're data-driven: you know what hold rate, shares per view and completion rate tell you.

• You're comfortable on camera (a plus).
