Come be a part of the IT team behind the most exciting and innovative tool company in the world and join the REDvolution!

Behind our doors you'll be empowered every day to own it, drive it, and do what it takes to support the biggest breakthroughs in the industry. Meanwhile, you'll have the support and resources of the fastest-growing brand in the construction industry to make it happen.

**Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; Sponsorship is not available for this position at this time.

Your Role on Our Team:

As a Sr Oracle Platform Analyst - Manufacturing & Inventory, you are a senior Oracle Fusion practitioner who owns the functional health, design, and evolution of assigned Manufacturing and Inventory capabilities. You work hands-on within delivery to turn prioritized business capabilities into scalable, standardized Oracle solutions, favoring enterprise process patterns over unnecessary customization. You bring deep Oracle functional expertise, troubleshooting skill, and mentorship to the Oracle Platform Team, serving as a senior escalation point for complex platform issues.

You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

  • Own the functional health and evolution of assigned Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and Inventory Management capabilities and Oracle Cost Management, proactively identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve the platform.
  • Champion standardized Oracle capabilities and enterprise process patterns, thoughtfully evaluating exceptions based on business value, scalability, and long-term platform sustainability.
  • Design and deliver scalable, reliable Oracle Fusion solutions while contributing to the architectural strategy and standards for Manufacturing and Inventory capabilities.
  • Configure Oracle Fusion hands-on across work definitions, work orders, production reporting, item and cost setup, on-hand balances, material movement, replenishment, and cycle counting, and support integrations to shop floor, warehouse, and planning systems.
  • Own assigned platform deliverables through design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
  • Partner with Product Owners, business process leaders, architects, Quality Engineering, and other delivery disciplines to translate prioritized capabilities into scalable Oracle solutions.
  • Serve as a senior escalation point and subject matter expert for complex Manufacturing, Inventory and Costing platform issues, driving root cause analysis through to durable resolution.
  • Assess Oracle Fusion quarterly releases and new capabilities, determining business impact, adoption opportunities, regression risk, and required platform changes.
  • Build deep knowledge of manufacturing, inventory, distribution, and Costing processes, and explain Oracle capabilities, constraints, and tradeoffs in business terms.
  • Support the stability, performance, and scalability of assigned capabilities across manufacturing plants and distribution centers, including critical business events.
  • Maintain appropriate solution documentation and traceability throughout the platform delivery lifecycle.
  • Mentor and elevate less experienced Oracle Platform analysts through knowledge sharing, solution design review, and hands-on technical guidance.

The TOOLS you’ll bring with you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field, and/or equivalent technical and business experience.
  • Multiple years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion SCM Manufacturing and Inventory in a functional platform role.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing and inventory business processes, including make-to-stock and make-to-order production, work order execution, backflushing, inventory accuracy, and warehouse and material handling.
  • Demonstrated functional solution and platform design capability, with the judgment to translate business needs into scalable, standardized Oracle capabilities rather than unnecessary customization.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex Oracle issues and perform root cause analysis across configuration, data, and integrated processes.
  • Working understanding of integrations between Oracle Fusion and connected shop floor, warehouse, and planning systems.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to explain Oracle capabilities, constraints, and tradeoffs to business and technical audiences across global teams.
  • Ability to operate independently as a senior practitioner, owning deliverables end to end and knowing when to escalate.
  • Ability to mentor and elevate less experienced analysts through knowledge sharing and solution design review.

Other TOOLS we prefer you to have:

  • Experience supporting discrete, high-volume manufacturing operations.
  • Experience supporting critical manufacturing and inventory events such as month-end close, physical inventory, and production cutover.
  • Familiarity with Oracle reporting and data tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, and ADFdi.
  • Experience in a global manufacturing and distribution environment spanning multiple plants and distribution centers.
  • Additional Oracle Fusion SCM capability experience or Oracle Cloud certifications.
  • Ability to travel to other Milwaukee Tool locations, including manufacturing and distribution sites, on occasion
