As an Oracle SCM - Procurement, Contracts, Sourcing - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for the effective use of Oracle applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your broad consulting skills to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts. By interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, you will uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement Oracle software solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration of Oracle applications
- Utilizing analytical thinking to optimize operational efficiency for clients
- Developing and maintaining business process models to support client objectives
- Managing systems project management tasks to deliver client solutions
- Collaborating with teams to innovate and integrate emerging technologies
- Leading the development of training materials for Oracle application users
- Applying technical consultation skills to enhance client service engagements
- Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for clients
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all client interactions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
