Accenture is seeking Oracle HRMS / EBS Technical Consultants to join our global technology teams. This role focuses on the design, development, implementation, and support of Oracle Human Resources Management System (HRMS) solutions, combining strong technical expertise with a functional understanding of HR processes.
You will work in complex enterprise environments, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and contributing to critical integration and transformation initiatives within Oracle ecosystems.
We are expanding our Oracle capability and are looking for top talent to join strategic Oracle EBS HCM projects. We are seeking professionals with solid experience in:
🔹 Oracle Human Resources (HR)
🔹 Oracle Payroll
🔹 Compensation Workbench
🔹 Oracle Time and Labor (OTL)
🔹 Benefits Administration
🔹 Self-Service Human Resources (SSHR)
🔹 Oracle iRecruitment
🔹 Oracle Learning Management (OLM)
🔹 Oracle Performance Management
💻 Required Technical Stack:
✔ Oracle EBS Suite Technical – Advanced
✔ Oracle Application Framework (OAF) – Advanced
✔ PL/SQL – Intermediate
🔎 We are looking for professionals who have participated in:
- End-to-end implementations
- Advanced payroll configuration
- OAF customizations and extensions development
- Integrations and reporting using PL/SQL
- High-impact production support
