As an Oracle HCM Functional - Senior Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for Oracle human capital management applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing HCM software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration. Within our Workforce Technology - Oracle HCM practice, you will enable clients to optimize their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to recognize when to take action and when to escalate. Your role involves crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems, and validating outcomes with clients. You will direct teams through complexity, demonstrating composure in challenging situations, and initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions to optimize client human resources processes
- Analyzing client requirements and designing tailored Oracle HCM solutions to meet strategic objectives
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle HCM applications
- Collaborating with clients to enhance talent management and workforce planning through Oracle HCM tools
- Managing project budgets and timelines to deliver successful Oracle HCM implementations
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher and Oracle SQL Developer for data analysis and reporting
- Driving business process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency in human resources
- Coaching and mentoring teams to solve complex problems and deliver quality results
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client organizations
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand and address their human capital needs

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 20+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Human Capital Management or related Oracle HCM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating advanced skills in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
- Leading strategic human resource planning initiatives
