The Opportunity

As an Oracle EPM Manager, you will engage with CEOs, CFOs, controllers, and business leaders to drive value across organizations. Within our Oracle consulting practice, you will help clients streamline costs and cycle times while delivering transformative business insights through the implementation of Oracle's advanced planning and reporting applications. This role involves creating a controlled platform for growth and meeting regulatory requirements through the use of Oracle's modern consolidation, account reconciliation, and data management applications.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions to enhance client financial processes
- Managing client engagements to drive value through strategic planning and execution of Oracle-based initiatives
- Developing and coaching teams to optimize performance and deliver exceptional client service
- Utilizing Oracle's modern planning and reporting applications to streamline financial operations and reduce cycle times
- Conducting comprehensive analysis of complex business issues to provide actionable recommendations
- Collaborating with business leaders to identify opportunities for cost management and profitability improvement
- Overseeing the integration of financial data management applications to support regulatory compliance and growth
- Creating and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to support strategic decision-making
- Promoting the adoption of innovative digital tools and practices to enhance operational performance
- Confirming data integrity and compliance within financial management frameworks

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions
- Utilizing AI fluency to enhance business processes and decision-making
- Developing and implementing cost management strategies for financial planning
- Excelling in creating budgets and financial forecasting for client engagements
- Managing performance assessment and optimization models effectively
- Leveraging digital tooling for enterprise integration and operational performance management

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
