As an Oracle EPM - Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for enterprise performance management solutions using Oracle technologies. You will collaborate with clients to assess their performance management needs, design and implement Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting. Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle enterprise performance management tools, helping clients improve their financial planning and analysis processes and achieve their performance objectives.

Responsibilities

- Leading the design and implementation of Oracle-based enterprise performance management solutions for budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation
- Collaborating with clients to assess performance management needs and develop tailored solutions
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle enterprise performance management tools
- Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of financial planning and analysis processes
- Utilizing business process analysis and optimization models to enhance operational efficiency
- Developing and maintaining performance reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track client progress
- Overseeing the creation of budgets and financial forecasts to support client objectives
- Managing client relationships and addressing any conflicts or issues that arise
- Encouraging team development through coaching and feedback to leverage team strengths
- Embracing technology and innovation to improve service delivery and client satisfaction

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
- Utilizing skills in Planning Budgeting and Forecasting (PBF)
- Excelling in financial forecasting and analysis
- Leveraging business process analysis for client solutions
- Developing strategies for operational performance management
