As an Oracle CPQ Manager, you will lead the charge in optimizing operational efficiency for our clients by analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will focus on Oracle's suite of applications, managing the entire customer journey from lead generation to revenue realization and customer satisfaction. This role is pivotal in configuring Oracle lead management, sales automation, marketing automation, and customer experience solutions tailored to organizational needs.

You are responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' strengths to meet client expectations. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation and configuration of Oracle lead management, sales automation, and customer experience solutions
- Analyzing client needs to optimize operational efficiency through tailored Oracle applications
- Managing project timelines and deliverables to align with client expectations and strategic objectives
- Coaching and developing team members to leverage their strengths and enhance performance
- Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for business application improvements
- Utilizing Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) Cloud to streamline customer journey processes
- Overseeing the integration of Oracle Customer Cloud Services (CCS) to enhance client satisfaction
- Promoting the adoption of innovative technologies and practices within business application consulting
- Validating data integrity and compliance within Oracle application frameworks
- Encouraging team development by fostering a culture of learning and agility

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Lead-to-Revenue or related Oracle Customer Experience (CX) Revenue Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) Cloud
- Utilizing Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS) effectively
- Managing projects with Oracle Customer-to-Meter (C2M) solutions
- Excelling in strategic questioning and problem-solving
- Embracing change and innovation in client engagements
