The Work
We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to oversee testing activities for large-scale Cloud implementations. In this role, you will develop and execute end-to-end testing strategies, manage defect resolution, track quality metrics, and lead teams through System Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead testing activities across System Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT.
- Develop and implement testing strategies, methodologies, and quality processes to support successful project delivery.
- Define and monitor key testing metrics, track execution progress, and manage defect resolution.
- Leverage business and functional knowledge to validate end‑to‑end business processes and system requirements.
- Coordinate and lead teams of quality engineers, client resources, and project stakeholders throughout testing cycles.
- Plan testing phases, manage timelines, and communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Drive defect management, issue resolution, and readiness activities for production deployment.
Here’s What You Need
- 2+ years of experience leading testing initiatives (System Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT).
- 2+ years of experience in project planning and status reporting to program stakeholders.
- Professional experience with HR/Payroll testing.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, quality assurance processes, and defect management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Oracle Cloud HCM functional experience.
- Oracle Cloud ERP functional experience.
- Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle EPM Cloud.
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Experience supporting SOA integrations.
- Relevant Oracle Implementation Specialist certification.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:
$124,000—$246,400 USD
