As an Oracle Cloud Technical - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will focus on utilizing and managing the Oracle suite of software and technologies for various purposes within an organization, including installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of Oracle products and solutions.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will respond effectively to diverse perspectives, use a broad range of tools to generate new ideas, and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations. You will uphold professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement and support Oracle software solutions effectively
- Managing the installation, configuration, and administration of Oracle products
- Developing and maintaining Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to optimize operational efficiency
- Utilizing Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) for software development and customization
- Supporting business transformation initiatives through strategic technology planning
- Collaborating with clients to provide training and seamless integration of Oracle technologies
- Leveraging Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher for data analysis and reporting
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization within client environments
- Navigating complex situations to deliver quality solutions and build meaningful client relationships
- Mentoring junior team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth
 

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains, VBCS/ APEX, BIP/OTBI
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF)
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher for data-driven insights
- Engaging in strategic technology planning for business transformation
- Embracing change and innovation in complex environments
- Developing process improvement and optimization strategies
