West Curd Plant Operator 3
Where You'll Make a Difference
Operate and monitor production equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety standards.
Perform equipment inspections and troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate production, quality, and inventory records.
Support product quality by following GMPs and standard operating procedures.
Conduct changeovers, cleaning, and basic maintenance activities as required.
Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and reliability.
Follow environmental, health, and safety requirements at all times.
Train and support less experienced operators as needed.
Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities.
What Makes You the Right Fit
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in a manufacturing, production, chemical, food, or industrial environment.
Ability to operate complex production equipment safely and efficiently.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read, understand, and follow procedures and work instructions.
Proficiency with production documentation and basic computer systems.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.
Ability to lift, move, and perform physical tasks in an industrial environment.
How Would You Stand Out?
Associate degree or technical certification in a related field.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
Prior experience mentoring or training production team members.
