Your role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you are one of the main points of contact for VELUX Belgium.

By phone and email, you help customers, dealers, installers and end users with questions about our products, services and ongoing orders.

Your goal is simple: understand what the customer needs and help them find the right solution.

You listen carefully, ask the right questions and guide customers through their options. When a request requires more technical expertise, you can rely on your colleagues in After Sales Service.

No VELUX product expertise yet? No problem. You will receive thorough training to build the knowledge and confidence you need.

Because Customer Service works closely with many teams across the organisation, you will also quickly build a strong internal network and become an important link between our customers and colleagues.

What you will do

• Support customers, dealers, installers and end users by phone and email

• Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable VELUX solution

• Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, orders and conditions

• Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues

• Follow up on customer requests and coordinate with other departments when needed

• Recognise commercial opportunities and respond to them naturally

• Navigate different systems and information tools to provide fast and accurate answers

• Contribute to an excellent customer experience from the first contact onwards

What you bring

For this role, your attitude towards customers matters just as much as your experience.

You enjoy helping people, communicate clearly and stay solution-focused even when situations become more complex.

You also:

• Are fluent in French and Dutch, both written and spoken

• Are a strong listener and know how to ask the right questions

• Communicate in a friendly, professional and confident way

• Work accurately and process information carefully

• Feel comfortable using different systems and digital tools

• Adapt quickly to new initiatives and changing priorities

• Are open to feedback and eager to keep learning

• Have a commercial mindset and recognise opportunities during customer conversations
