Job Summary

Mass General Brigham’s Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) Program helps patients in our MassHealth Accountable Care Organization (ACO) access housing and nutrition support by connecting them with a network of trusted community-based organizations. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, the Operations Supervisor will lead the day-to-day work that makes this critical program possible: supervising a team of three staff, managing partnerships with 10+ community organizations, optimizing workflows, and overseeing MassHealth ACO-related reporting that keeps the program effective and compliant.

• Track key performance indicators and use them to understand how the program is working and where to focus next.

Steward resources and compliance
• In partnership with the Senior Operations Manager, manage program spend: monitor utilization and trends, forecast against budget, and keep leadership informed.
• Serve as the team’s expert on operational requirements of the MassHealth ACO for HRSN and ensure the program workflows stay in compliance.
• Ensure required reporting is accurate and submitted on time.

Build partnerships
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with a network of 10+ community-based nutrition and housing organizations.
• Serve as a primary operational contact for MassHealth, Mass General Brigham Health Plan, and vendor partners.
