As a member of the Operations Partner Teams, our focus is to enable business partners to operate at their highest efficiency, being responsive to change and fit for the future. We are growing to be a self-organized team and partnering to deliver better outcomes. We provide tailored business and team operations support to individuals and teams across Portfolio Strategy & Insights Team, ensuring continuity, coordination and effective execution of work. Depending on the functional remit and day-to-day responsibilities, Operations Partners may place greater emphasis on executive partnership, core business operations or operational program support 

The Opportunity:

• Project & Task Coordination:Coordinate work packages and projects, including planning, stakeholder alignment, progress tracking and supporting delivery through to completion. 
• Operational & Business Support: Manage daily business and administrative activities via established intake channels, covering meeting logistics, recruitment, contract, and compliance processes.
• Agile Practices & Team Facilitation: Contribute to and strengthen agile ways of working within the team, including facilitating team stand-ups, retrospectives and occasional scrum master responsibilities. 
• Process Optimization & AI Tools: Proactively identify opportunities to simplify workflows and leverage AI-enabled digital tools to improve operational efficiency and information management.
• Virtual Collaboration & Digital Tools: Enable seamless virtual collaboration across the department by effectively utilizing enterprise platforms and digital solutions.
• Stakeholder Alignment & Follow-Up: Support key business and team priorities by aligning action items, timelines, and cross-functional follow-through across stakeholders.
• Information Synthesis & Decision Support: Prepare, summarize, and present relevant data and updates to support high-level discussions, recommendations, and decision-making.
• Change Management & Culture: Actively contribute to team initiatives, championing new ways of working, continuous improvement and effective adoption of change 

Who You Are: 

• Professional Experience: You bring 5+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally within a complex, corporate, or global business environment.
• Communication & Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency required); ability to collaborate seamlessly in a diverse organization.
• Tech Savvy & Innovation: Proficient with modern digital tools, highly tech-savvy, and genuinely curious about leveraging AI to drive efficiency.
• Organization & Detail Orientation: Outstanding organizational skills with sharp attention to detail, ensuring projects are tracked and executed through to completion.
• Project & Priority Management: Strong grasp of project management principles, capable of balancing competing priorities and multitasking calmly in a fast-paced environment.
• Business Acumen & Strategic Thinking: Strong interest in developing business acumen, connecting day-to-day work to broader team and functional priorities, and combining critical thinking with practical execution. 
• Team Collaboration & Adaptability: Flexible, responsive, and professional team player, equally effective working independently and adaptable to Roche’s evolving ambitions. Able to build trusted relationships across a global network, challenge constructively and contribute effectively within self-organized teams 
• Discretion & Integrity: Proven ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality, professional tact, and discretion.
