Our CLIENT is looking for new colleagues to join their Nordic Asset Finance teams, supporting customers in Finland and Sweden. The teams are responsible for the administration and lifecycle management of leasing agreements that help businesses finance vehicles.

The company is currently expanding 2 teams. While the markets differ, the work is similar, and the teams collaborate closely, share knowledge, and help each other do well. Previous financial services or leasing experience is an advantage, but attitude, willingness to develop, and commitment to quality are even more important. You will:

• Manage administrative tasks related to leasing agreements throughout their lifecycle.
• Process customer requests and documentation while ensuring accuracy and high quality.
• Work with colleagues across Lithuania, Finland, Sweden, and Denmark in an international environment.
• Learn multiple processes and gradually build expertise in Asset Finance operations.
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute ideas to simplify and enhance our ways of working.
• Support quality and risk management activities to ensure excellent customer and stakeholder experience.
• Use a variety of banking systems and digital tools to deliver efficient and reliable service.
• Become part of a collaborative team culture where knowledge sharing and continuous learning are encouraged.

About you:

• Previous experience in administration, customer service, operations, finance, or banking is beneficial but not required.
• Motivated to learn and develop in a professional banking environment.
• Ownership of your work and pay attention to details.
• You enjoy helping others and working together to reach common goals.
• Comfortable learning new processes and adjusting to changing priorities.
• You have a collaborative approach and are willing to contribute wherever the team needs support.
• You value quality and understand the importance of getting things right the first time.
• You have good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
