We're seeking an experienced and passionate Community Administrator to oversee the operations, team development, resident experience, and financial success of our senior living community.
In this leadership role, you will inspire teams, drive operational excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and create an exceptional experience for residents and their families.
What You'll Do
✅ Lead daily community operations and department leaders
✅ Promote exceptional resident care and service excellence
✅ Ensure regulatory compliance and resident safety
✅ Drive occupancy, financial performance, and quality outcomes
✅ Recruit, develop, and retain engaged team members
✅ Build strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related industry
- Strong experience in operations, staffing, budgeting, and compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or related field preferred
- Administrator License (if required by state regulations)
