What you will do:

Reporting to the Country Leader, this role is accountable for the end-to-end operations Delivery performance, Operations excellence within Thailand, covering installation, retrofit, major complex projects and services.

The primary responsibility is to own and drive country-level performance across:

• Project and Service Delivery Execution Excellence (Projects and service obligations delivered safely, on time, on budget, and with quality)
• Project and Service Operations Excellence (Governance, processes, PMO, reporting, and continuous improvement)

This role acts as the single point of accountability for project and services outcomes in Thailand, ensuring alignment with APAC standards while addressing local execution realities.

How you will do it:

1. Delivery Execution Excellence

Pre-Bid & Sales Support

• Partner with Sales and Solution teams to: Review opportunities, validate execution strategy, and assess delivery risksEnsure proper risk quantification and contingency planningEnforce compliance with Pre-Bid governance and checklists
• Provide country-level execution insights to improve bid quality and win strategy

Project Handover (TG1–TG2)

• Ensure robust Sales-to-Operations handover
• Identify and escalate any commercial, technical, or scope gaps before execution start
• Confirm readiness of project teams, resources, and plans

Planning Phase (TG3)

• Ensure high-quality project and service baselines across: Cost, schedule, scope, and resources
• Drive early identification and escalation of risks
• Ensure proper registration in Risk & Opportunity frameworks

Execution Phase (TG4)

Drive consistent execution excellence across all projects by focusing on:

• Procurement and supply chain performance
• Subcontractor and vendor management
• Project management rigor and governance
• Contract and commercial risk management
• Stakeholder and customer management
• Variation / change order capture and conversion

Additionally:

• Perform independent review of “Cost-to-Go” adequacy
• Identify risks and drive mitigation actions
• Ensure disciplined risk communication and escalation
• Manage robust capacity planning of field technicians to deliver service demand across both recurring and non-recurring revenue – optimizing productivity and utilization.

Close-Out Phase (TG5)

• Ensure complete and high-quality project closure: Lessons learned captured and institutionalizedPunch lists closedDocumentation completed and archivedWarranty and service handovers executed

2. Operations Excellence (Country PMO Leadership)

• Lead and institutionalize Project Management governance framework in Thailand
• Ensure consistent application of: Toll Gate processesProject review cadence (monthly, quarterly)Risk & Opportunity managementKPI tracking and reporting standards
• Own country-level PMO capabilities, including: Process standardization and continuous improvementTemplates, tools, and reporting systemsProject data quality and visibility
• Drive: Pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracyConsistent reporting to APAC leadershipData-driven decision-making
• Lead Lessons Learned and best-practice sharing across projects

3. Performance & Financial Accountability

• Own country-level project and service performance, including: Revenue and billing performanceGross margin, secured order margin and general margin improvementCash flow and working capitalVariation order capture and conversionRecurring and non-recurring service revenue
• Drive continuous improvement in: Margin slippage reductionOn-Time Delivery (OTD)Forecast accuracyPSA Service contract base growth

4. Leadership & People Development

• Lead, coach, and develop Project Managers and delivery teams
• Build a high-performance project and service delivery culture in Thailand
• Provide technical, commercial, and leadership guidance
• Develop succession and capability pipeline
• Foster strong collaboration with: SalesFinanceProcurementRegional/APAC teams

5. Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the key escalation and leadership interface for: CustomersSenior managementRegional stakeholders
• Communicate effectively with C-suite and senior clients
• Build strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business

What we look for:

• 15+ years of Project Management / Project/Service Delivery experiencePreferably in large, complex projects (e.g.  EPC for Data Centers, infrastructure, industrial or commercial builds)
• Proven experience in: Leading country or business unit delivery teamsManaging both execution and operational governance
• Strong expertise in: Project delivery frameworks and governance (PMP preferred)Service deliveryCommercial and financial managementContract risk management
• Tertiary qualification in: Engineering, construction, or related discipline
• Key competencies: Strong leadership and people management skillsStrategic thinking with execution focusHigh accountability and ownership mindsetExcellent stakeholder and communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilityAbility to influence without direct authority (regional matrix)
• Language: English requiredThai strongly preferred
