As an Operations Engineer, a typical day involves overseeing the smooth functioning of production systems and services, ensuring they meet operational requirements and service agreements. This role requires continuous monitoring, managing delivery processes, and addressing any issues that arise to maintain system reliability and performance. The position demands coordination with various teams to uphold service standards and support operational excellence throughout the day.

Job Title: IT Operations and Support / Network Architect

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement enterprise network solutions, routing architectures, and secure connectivity frameworks.
Collaborate with network architecture teams on migration activities.
Develop and maintain High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), network diagrams, and implementation documentation.
Design and support secure connectivity solutions using Alkira, Megaport, VPNs, Extranet Interconnects, and BGP routing policies.
Perform routing topology analysis and create migration strategies for data center and workload migrations.
Support migration execution and provide post-migration hyper care troubleshooting.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize LAN, WAN, Wireless, and Data Center network performance.
Lead root cause analysis and resolution of complex network incidents.
Participate in change, incident, and problem management processes.
Support after-hours maintenance activities.
Mentor junior engineers and effectively communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Technical Experience:
Strong experience in Routing & Switching, LAN/WAN, Wireless Networking, and Network Design
Expert knowledge of:
o BGP
o IPSEC VPN
o QoS
o TCP/IP
Experience with:
o DNS, DHCP, Load Balancers
o SD-WAN Technologies
o Cloud & Hybrid Network Connectivity
o Data Center Networking
o Network Monitoring & Troubleshooting Tools
o Migration and Network Transformation Projects
Experience with Alkira Secure Fabric, Megaport, or similar cloud interconnect solutions is highly preferred.

Professional Attributes:
Cisco CCNP / CCIE
AWS Advanced Networking Specialty
Relevant Network Security and Load Balancer Certifications

Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working within ITIL-based operational environments.

Shift Details:
24*7 shift
RTO- 3 days office presence

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
- This position is open for all locations.
