We are looking for an Operations & Logistics Specialist to support transportation, warehouse and distribution activities while ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance and exceptional customer service.
Position Summary
The Operations & Logistics Specialist plays a key role in coordinating shipments, managing warehouse activities and supporting transportation operations. This position ensures the seamless handling of time- and temperature-sensitive products through proactive planning, shipment monitoring and close collaboration with customers, carriers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor import and export shipments using internal transportation systems.
Support shipment planning, routing and operational execution to ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain proactive communication with customers and provide shipment status updates.
Prepare and verify shipping documentation, labels and customs-related paperwork.
Handle, package and prepare shipments, including cold chain and temperature-controlled products.
Manage warehouse inventory, packaging materials and temperature-control supplies.
Coordinate pickups, deliveries and transportation providers to ensure service excellence.
Monitor shipment milestones, identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety and transportation regulations (IATA, ADR, GDP, etc.).
Operate company vehicles and support collection and delivery activities when required.
Maintain accurate operational records and support continuous process improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For
Experience & Education
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations or supply chain.
Valid driver's license required.
Forklift certification or logistics-related certifications are a plus.
Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
English communication skills preferred.
Team player with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
