What you’ll be doing

As the Operations Associate, Fleet Compliance, you’ll play a key role in safeguarding the integrity, safety, and compliance of our delivery network. You’ll work closely with fleet partners to ensure adherence to local regulations, contractual obligations, and internal standards. This is an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in compliance, operations, and business within a fast-growing, tech-driven company.

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

Collaborate with fleet companies to ensure smooth communication and information flowPartner with local Operations and Business Development teams to align on compliance strategiesSchedule and facilitate meetings with fleet partners regarding compliance mattersCollect and organize documentation required for compliance audits
Conduct audits assessing regulatory, contractual, and policy compliancePrepare detailed audit reports, highlighting findings and non-compliance risksWork with management to implement improvements and strengthen compliance processesContribute to the development of compliance guidelines, workshops, and training materialsSupport the expansion of compliance programs verifying delivery standards and practicesPrepare regular reports on compliance activities, KPIs, and audit outcomes

•   Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role would be beneficial 
•   Fluency in English and Greek. 
•   Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions through data   analysis.
•   Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft and/or Google Workspace,
