The Operations Analyst serves as a support partner within the Business Performance organization, driving regional operational excellence through advanced data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

• Calculate and track Punch List Impacts across the organization to quantify operational savings and monthly EBITDA contributions.
• Facilitate the assembly and delivery of DRIVE and DRIVE Boost presentations for regional leadership to report on progress, project milestones, and growth findings.
• Perform monthly reporting duties, dashboard updates, and journal activity tracking for DRIVE and DRIVE Boost initiatives.
• Engage with AI and advanced BI tools (Google Gemini, Notebook, Power BI, Tableau) to streamline reporting workflows, data extraction, and business intelligence processes.
• Collaborate with the BSC/GBS, branch managers, and regional leadership to provide regular updates and ensure alignment on DRIVE progress.
• Assist internal teams with data extraction and provide operational support, resources, and coaching to further insights into performance impacts and continuous improvement.
• Create, develop, manage, and complete assigned operational projects from inception through execution to drive regional efficiency gains.
• Perform all other duties as assigned to support regional strategy and business performance goals.

Are you a MATCH?

• Bachelor Degree preferred.  Equivalent combination of experience and/or training and education may be considered.
• 5+ years experience in branch, sales, or operations; experience with sales and/or operations in the distribution industry is a plus.
