We're seeking someone to join our team as an Analyst in Asset Services responsible for managing the timely and accurate processing of all Corporate Events which have an impact on security positions held by our clients.

In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is an Analyst level position within the Glasgow office.

What you'll do in the role:
- Process transactions/tasks within coverage area
- Respond to client requests with accuracy and speed, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures
- Follow escalation framework, taking responsibility for identifying, escalating and preventing issues
- Raise issues, question others and offer solutions/ideas
- Completion of Corporate Action payments and management of exceptions, including Client Money.
- Stakeholder management for impacted business areas

What you'll bring to the role:
- Ability to build trust and find innovative ways to improve teamwork, functions/processes and create a positive work environment
- Understanding of business area supported, client requirements, and importance of not compromising control to comply with client requests

- A good aptitude for working in a demanding fast paced environment.
- An ability to handle high volume workloads.
- At least 2 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
