②直播间场内管理：场控SOP执行，主播排班&话术执行/优化，直播间违规处理，并沉淀标准化直播间流程。

③数据分析&复盘：针对直播间场内微小流量结构差异/数据变化进行结构化复盘（数据归因+问题定位+下一步动作）

④对内跨部门沟通：对接投放/内容团队，满足团队内直播运营需求

⑤各类供应商流程：公司内部合同/入库/核销/PO等流程管理，如赠品采购流程、下PO流程等
