Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice Processing:
  • Review, verify, and process vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations.
  • Coordinate with support, procurement and business teams for invoice approvals and discrepancies.
• Query Handling:
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal teams in related to payments and invoices.
  • Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Support Functions, Procurement, Operations, HR, Business Functions) to ensure smooth payment cycles.
  • Maintain effective communication with vendors and service providers.
• Data Compilation & Reporting:
  • Compile and maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
  • Assist in preparing periodic reports and reconciliations for audits and internal reviews.
• Compliance & Controls:
  • Adhere to internal controls and audit requirements.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Optional - CA (Inter) or CMA (Inter)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, GL or a similar finance role.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
