What this job involves:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our dynamic Office Leasing Advisory team at JLL as a Marketing Executive. In this role, you will have the chance to learn from industry experts, develop valuable skills, and contribute to our mission of creating a better world through real estate. You will embark on an exciting journey to build a solid foundation for yourself as a leasing professional while being part of a global business and international team.

You will be exposed to different aspects of our Office Leasing Advisory business.  Working closely with the dynamic team, you will gain first hand experiences of the following:

Landlord Consultancy

• Pre-transaction consultancy work
• Leasing strategy and transactional advice

Tenant Representation

• Workplace Study and Market Research
• Evaluation, shortlisting and selection
• Negotiation of lease and Execution

Required Skills and Experience:

Energetic Individual

Are you bursting with energy and ready to hit the road running? Your passion in cultivating new contacts will be integral in helping the business grow its market share in Singapore. A go-getter at heart, you aim to excel in this competitive office leasing space while creating an impression in the market. 

Inquisitive
Are you interested to acquire more knowledge about the office leasing space? You will put in the effort to pick up the ins and outs of the industry and work on establishing yourself in the market.

Team Player

While you will be required to work independently while chasing your own leads, we work closely within the Office Leasing Advisory team to service international clients with huge occupancy needs. You can learn from the best brokers in the industry and pick up the negotiation skills required to be influential to your clients’ occupancy needs in the long run. 

We’d like to hear from you if you are a fresh graduate or with less than 1 year of working experience, and with a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Project & Facilities Management, or any business-related studies.
