In this world-class setting, you will provide confidential administrative and general secretarial duties. This includes supporting leadership in various capacities, including meeting coordination, preparation, and correspondence. Including coordinating clinic appointments, managing providers’ schedules in Epic and being the go-to contact for incoming referrals. You'll screen telephone calls and messages and visitors, and help keep the entire team informed of critical and ongoing matters. This is a full-time, Monday – Friday, day shift 9:00AM - 5:00PM position, located at NYP/Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.

Preferred Criteria

• Associate’s Degree preferred

Required Criteria

• High School Diploma or GED
• A minimum of one year experience of Administrative and/or clerical experience in hospital setting required
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
