We are seeking a detail‑oriented, outgoing, and highly organized Office Assistant to support our NICU, Peds/PICU, and RT units. In this essential role, you’ll help provide key administrative support as well as assisting with patient focused work. What’s Available:

• .8 FTE (32 hours weekly), Part-time

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours, between 7am-5pm

• Department: NICU, Peds/PICU, and RT

• Location: On‑site, La Crosse

What you will do:

• Provide LOVE + MEDICINE by delivering exceptional first and last impressions for patients and families

• Partner with providers, clinical staff, and leaders to support patient care and team success

• Help with calendar management, meeting prep, and taking meeting minutes!

• A variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations

What you need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• No experience required but clerical or office experience is a plus

• Strong technology, customer service, and scheduling skills preferred
