Summary:
Patient check-in for specialty practice.
Performs various clerical tasks.
Position Responsibilities:
• Independently handle check-in for 3 physicians.
• Perform front desk duties as directed which may include completing pre-registration process, obtaining insurance referrals, appointment scheduling, scanning and patient appointment reminder calls.
• Screens and directs patient calls according to established protocol.
• Willing to travel when needed to support department coverage at various locations.
Position Qualifications Required / Experience Required:
1-3 years of similar job experience in a medical office preferred.
Required Education:
HS diploma or equivalent.
