Office and Sales Support Specialist

Now we’re looking for an Office and Sales Support specialist to join our passionate team and help us shape the future of food and beverages. You will be based in our office in Nieuwegien in Netherlands.

Your role in the blend

As part of our team, you will play a key role in keeping our office, HR administration, and sales support activities running smoothly. You will work closely with colleagues across several functions and act as a trusted support partner in day-to-day operations.

In this role, you will:

• Provide sales support through reporting, forecasting, customer data maintenance, and commercial administration.

• Support Key Account Managers with administrative and operational tasks.

• Support and coordinate local HR administration, including payroll input, employee benefits, onboarding and offboarding activities.

• Process invoices and expense claims and support finance administration and audit-related activities.

• Ensure smooth office operations, including facilities, workplace services, health & safety coordination, and vendor management.

• Help create an efficient, well-organized, and positive working environment for employees and visitors.

Your key ingredients

We believe you are a service-minded and organized professional who enjoys working in a commercial oriented organization and with colleagues across the organization.

You likely bring:

• Some years of experience in sales support role in FMCG.

• Preferably also experience from, or a willingness to learn more about, Finance and HR support.

• Comfortable building relationships across functions and supporting a variety of stakeholders.

• Highly structured, detail-oriented, and reliable in your way of working.

• Proactive and solution-focused, with a willingness to take ownership.

• Customer-minded and motivated by delivering excellent service.

• Experienced in working with data, systems, and administrative processes.

• Fluency in Dutch and English.
