Restaurant Office Administrator Company: Carlisle Restaurant Group Schedule: Tuesday – Friday Location: On-site Reports To: Director of Operations / General Manager Position Overview The Restaurant Office Administrator for Carlisle Restaurant Group is responsible for managing all administrative, clerical, and office-related functions that support daily operations across the group’s restaurant concepts. This role owns all things office—ensuring organization, accuracy, follow-through, and consistency across administrative, HR, and accounting support functions. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling routine office work with precision in a fast-paced, multi-concept restaurant environment. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Office Management ● Own and manage all office-related operations for Carlisle Restaurant Group ● Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems across concepts ● Manage calendars, deadlines, reminders, and recurring administrative responsibilities ● Draft, format, and distribute internal documents, memos, and reports ● Answer, route, and manage emails, phone calls, and general correspondence ● Order and track office supplies and administrative inventory ● Maintain strict confidentiality of employee, financial, and operational information
