Liquid Personnel is recruiting for experienced Locum Occupational Therapists to support the London Borough of Sutton.
This is a flexible opportunity for an experienced OT to manage community-based cases through to completion, including assessment, equipment provision, risk management and major adaptation referrals.

Key responsibilities of the role
- Complete Occupational Therapy assessments and progress cases through to closure.
- Record assessments and documentation accurately on Mosaic.
- Obtain manager sign-off prior to case closure.
- Assess and recommend appropriate equipment where required.
- Complete risk assessments and reviews to ensure safe and effective interventions.
- Identify and progress major adaptation referrals when necessary.
- Work collaboratively with service users, carers, Social Workers, health professionals, and partner agencies.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure cases are completed within required timescales.
Requirements
- Occupational Therapy Degree or Diploma.
- Current HCPC registration.
- Experience within Adult Social Care, community services, or a Local Authority setting.
- Strong knowledge of assessment, specialist equipment, and major adaptations.
- Experience completing risk assessments and reviews.
- Excellent case management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage cases through to completion.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Payment & Performance Expectations
- £350 flat rate per completed case closure.
- A case is considered complete once the assessment is recorded on Mosaic, manager sign-off is obtained, and any required equipment provision, risk assessment activity, or adaptation referral has been finalised.
- Minimum expectation of 10 completed case closures per month.
