Sturdy Health Primary Care - Norton is seeking a part-time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our join our well-established and successful team at our outpatient office in Norton, MA.We are committed to providing the highest quality health care to our patients.
About the job:
- Provide direct patient care to our communities with a well-established primary care practice through same-day or routinely scheduled appointments
- Develop longitudinal relationships with your patients
- Proactive care approach with preventative medicine
- Work cross-functionally with other medical surgical specialties
- Grow as a clinician as you learn from new colleagues
- Patient-centric mindset to provide the highest-quality service and patient care
- Part-time schedule (20 hours)
Requirements:
- A passion for primary care
- Graduate of an accredited and/or approved Adult/Gerontology nurse practitioner, Family Medicine nurse practitioner program, or physician assistant program
- Current license as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, or ability to obtain
- Must have or eligible for, and maintain, a current DEA registration and Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration
- Current certification in CPR required
- Requires a minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in Primary Care as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Salary Range: $109,280.04-$171,079.79-
Salary Range Details
The pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate’s work history, experience, skill set, and education. This is not inclusive of the value Sturdy Health’s benefits package (if applicable), which includes among other benefits, healthcare/dental/vision and retirement. For annual salaries this is based on full-time employment.
