Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and interpret a wide range of nuclear medicine diagnostic imaging procedures.
- Evaluate clinical histories and determine appropriate nuclear medicine investigations.
- Interpret PET, SPECT, scintigraphy, and other relevant nuclear medicine studies.
- Support therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures as per clinical requirements and established protocols.
- Collaborate with referring physicians and multidisciplinary teams to provide accurate clinical insights.
- Communicate findings clearly through comprehensive and timely medical reports.
- Ensure appropriate patient preparation, procedure selection, and post-procedure guidance.
- Maintain high standards of patient safety, clinical quality, and radiation protection.
- Follow applicable medical, regulatory, radiation safety, and institutional protocols.
- Stay updated with advancements in nuclear medicine technologies, imaging techniques, and treatment approaches.
