About the Role

The Night ICS Supervisor leads the overnight Inventory Control & Solutions (ICS) team, ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient warehouse operations, and timely issue resolution. This role oversees inventory management activities, supports operational performance, and helps maintain a safe, productive work environment during the night shift.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, cycle counting, and team leadership.

What You Will Do

• Lead and support the overnight Inventory Control & Solutions team
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy investigations
• Identify and resolve inventory issues to maintain operational efficiency
• Assign work and manage team workloads to meet daily objectives
• Train, coach, and develop employees to improve performance and engagement
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to monitor inventory and operational activity
• Review inventory reports and analyze trends to identify improvement opportunities
• Partner with shipping, receiving, operations, and customer service teams to resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, operational procedures, and quality standards
• Conduct performance discussions and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that improve accuracy, productivity, and service
• Prepare shift reports and communicate key updates to leadership and business partners

Basic Requirements

• Typically requires 3+ years of subject matter experience including exhibiting leadership capabilities
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year of leadership experience as a supervisor, lead, or team leader
• Experience with inventory control processes, cycle counting, audits, and discrepancy resolution
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to work a consistent 12:00 AM – 9:30 AM schedule

Preferred Skills / Experience

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated distribution environments
• Experience leading inventory control, quality, or operational improvement initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience reviewing operational metrics and inventory performance reports
• Experience training, coaching, and developing employees
• Knowledge of warehouse best practices and inventory management principles

Work Environment

• On-site role in a fast-paced distribution center
• Overnight schedule: 12:00 AM – 9:30 AM
• Frequent standing, walking, and movement throughout the facility
• Collaborative environment supporting warehouse, inventory, and customer service operations
• Overtime, weekends, and holiday coverage may be required based on business needs
