The Position:
A stable, secure, and optimized NetSuite environment that supports business operations through effective administration, user support, configuration management, reporting, and system integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
NetSuite Administration
Administer and maintain NetSuite ERP environments, including users, roles, permissions, workflows, forms, records, and dashboards.
Configure and manage NetSuite modules including Financials, CRM, Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Projects. This would include NetSuite Workstreams - Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Fixed Assets, Bank Integration, Avalara, Order to Cash & Suite Billing, Purchase to Pay, Employee Expenses, Projects & Timesheets, Design to Build/Inventory, Localizations, Tech and Zone Approvals
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with NetSuite Support when required.
Manage sandbox environments, testing activities, and production deployments.
Raise tickets & Coordinate with Oracle NetSuite on system related issues.
User Support & Training
Initial Tier 1 support with a view of performing Tier 2 support
Investigate and resolve application issues, configuration problems, and process-related concerns through Zendesk Ticketing system.
Setup of Zone Approval Matrix and troubleshoot any issues
Develop training materials and conduct user onboarding sessions.
Maintain system documentation and knowledge articles.
Reporting & Analytics
Design and maintain Saved Searches, Reports, KPIs, and Dashboards.
Support business stakeholders with operational and financial reporting requirements.
Assist with data extraction and analysis for management reporting.
Integrations & Data Management
Support integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications.
Work with APIs, middleware platforms, and integration partners.
Perform data imports, exports, cleansing, and validation activities.
Assist with system migrations and master data governance initiatives.
Governance & Security
Maintain role-based access controls and segregation of duties.
Participate in audit, compliance, and security reviews.
Ensure adherence to organizational ERP governance standards.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting Information Systems, or related field.
3–5 years of NetSuite Administration experience.
Strong understanding of ERP business processes and financial workflows.
Experience configuring roles, permissions, workflows, forms, and custom fields.
Hands-on experience with Saved Searches, Reports, and Dashboards.
Knowledge of SuiteAnalytics and SuiteFlow is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
NetSuite Administrator Certification.
Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience supporting Finance, Procurement, Inventory, or Order Management functions.
Knowledge of middleware platforms such as FiveTran (DataMart), Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, or Dell Boomi.
Experience working in multi-entity or multi-subsidiary environments.
