The Opportunity

As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you will drive the technical direction and architecture for a whole-stack engineering team, securing delivery quality and performance. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff while fostering a collaborative culture that emphasizes learning and innovation. This role allows you to shape the technical landscape and guide your team toward excellence in delivery.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8 years of professional software engineering experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering preferred
• Proven experience in technical leadership roles
• Skilled in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Demonstrated ability in mentoring engineers
• Experience with MongoDB or NoSQL databases
• Proven skills in designing scalable, distributed systems
• Excelling in problem-solving and debugging
