As a Senior Associate in IT Infra/Cloud operations, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure within our Technology Consulting practice. You will be responsible for supporting client operations, confirming seamless cloud service delivery, and leveraging your skills to address complex infrastructure challenges. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor others, navigate complex situations, and grow your personal brand while enhancing your technical skills.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports IT Infrastructure Managed Services. You will work closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions, anticipate their needs, and provide strategic insights. Responsibilities

- Managing cloud infrastructure operations to support client needs and optimize performance
- Implementing cloud migration strategies and confirming seamless transitions to cloud environments
- Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform for cloud administration and service management
- Designing and optimizing cloud infrastructure architecture to enhance service delivery and performance
- Troubleshooting cloud computing issues and providing technical consultation to resolve complex problems
- Monitoring infrastructure performance using tools like Dynatrace APM and Splunk to maintain operational efficiency
- Collaborating with teams to develop and execute cloud compliance and security protocols
- Engaging in continuous learning to stay updated with emerging cloud technologies and practices
- Supporting the development of FinOps operating models to manage cloud costs effectively
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to align cloud strategies with business objectives

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
