As a Senior Associate in IT Infrastructure and Cloud Operations, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing secure IT systems that support business operations. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure and services to enable seamless operations and availability for clients. You will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing industry-leading practices for cloud-based systems.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and maintain professional standards. Responsibilities

- Managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure to support seamless operations and availability
- Monitoring and troubleshooting cloud-based systems to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Implementing industry-leading practices for cloud service management and performance optimization
- Designing and executing cloud migration strategies to enhance infrastructure efficiency
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored cloud solutions
- Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure for cloud administration and service delivery
- Conducting technical consultations to provide insights and recommendations for cloud infrastructure improvements
- Confirming compliance with cloud security standards and protocols
- Leveraging analytical thinking to interpret data and inform strategic decisions
- Mentoring junior team members to foster skill development and professional growth

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
