Công việc chính | Key responsibilities:

• Sử dụng các thực hành tốt nhất trong khu vực ép khuôn để duy trì hoạt động sản xuất trong điều kiện an toàn, chất lượng và hiệu quả

• Use of best practices in moulding area to keep operation in safe, quality and efficiency condition

• Thực hành các thao tác thay khuôn 2P, 3P, 2K, và HK, etc

• Carry out mould changes in 2P, 3P, 2K, and HK, etc.

• Thực hiện thay đổi màu sắc

• Carry out colour changes

• Khởi động máy sản xuất theo hướng dẫn quy trình

• Start-up of production machines according to process sheet.

• Đảm bảo chất lượng sản xuất cao trong suốt quá trình khởi động máy và/hoặc chạy những mẫu sản phẩm đầu tiên.

• Guarantee high quality level during machine start-ups and/or first piece runs.

• Chuyển sản phẩm mẫu cho khu vực kiểm soát chất lượng nhằm xét duyệt và lưu kho.

• Deliver samples to the quality control area for approval and release.

• Làm vệ sinh khu vực làm việc trong suốt quá trình và sau khi thực hiện sự thay đổi (Khuôn/Màu sắc) trong khu vực

• Cleaning of workplace during and after changes (Mould/Colour) in the area.

• Thông báo cho các nhân viên vận hành về tình huống đặc biệt và/ hoặc các tình trạng cụ thể của bộ phận ép khuôn, máy móc và các quy trình.

• Inform operators about special and/or specific conditions of moulds, machines and processes.

• Hợp tác với các bộ phận Quản lý Chất lượng và Bảo trì.

• Cooperation with Quality Control and Maintenance Areas.

• Báo cáo thiệt hại với máy móc, thiết bị và khuôn đến bộ phận Bảo trì trong suốt thời gian có sự thay đổi diễn ra.

• Report damage to machines, equipment and moulds to maintenance department during Change over.

• Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ cần thiết được giao bởi Quản lý

• Perform another necessary tasks assigned by Leader

Yêu cầu công việc | Do you have what it takes?

• Tốt nghiệp trung cấp trở lên chuyên ngành cơ khí hoặc kỹ thuật liên quan

• Mechanical or related field, Intermediate level and above

• Có kiến thức về vận hành ép phun, thông số ép phun và thử nghiệm nhựa

• Knowledge in Injection Moulding Operation, Injection parameters and Plastic experiments

• Có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm với nhiều loại và kích thước máy ép khác nhau, cũng như nhựa Resin và Masterbatch (ưu tiên)

• Proficient knowledge and experience with various sizes and types of molding machines as well as Resin and Masterbatch (preferred)

• Có kinh nghiệm vận hành cầu trục

• Overhead bridge crane experience

• Có kinh nghiệm cơ khí, set up hoặc bảo trì

• Mechanic, set up or maintenance experience

• Có chứng chỉ đào tạo kỹ thuật là một lợi thế

• Technical Education Certification is a plus

• Kỹ năng mềm gồm giao tiếp, phản hồi, tổ chức công việc và tư duy hệ thống

• Soft skills including communication, feedback, organization and systematic approach
