Follow EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) rules and regulations. ensure self-safety and safety of colleagues around.

在适当的条件下维护乐高模具, 以保证可靠的产品。

Maintain LEGO moulds in proper conditions to guarantee a reliable production output. 

参与模具车间团队的问题解决活动，以确保有效的模具和零件质量水平。

Participate in problem solving activities with mould workshop team to guarantee effective moulding and part quality levels. 

熟练使用机床进行模具维修或保养。

Use of machine tools for mould repair or maintenance skilfully.

在清洗和维修过程中发现模具的异常情况，立即向主管报告。

Immediate report to supervisor about abnormal conditions detected on moulds during cleaning and repairing processes. 

根据生产需要和优先级，独立完成模具的日常维修。

Perform daily repairs to moulds according to production needs and priorities independently.  

执行模具的清洁和/或预防性和纠正性维护活动。

Execution of cleaning and/or preventive and corrective maintenance activities to moulds.

与同事沟通(换班，分享经验和知识)。

Communication with colleagues (shift changes, share experiences and knowledge). 

在关键决策方面，必须寻求直接主管的支持。

In terms of critical decision making, must request support from immediate supervisor.  

符合质量管理体系要求。

Comply with QMS requirements. 

参与日常的班组改善建议讨论和如果有个人建议和改善提案时积极提出.

Participate in CI discussion during shift operation and be actively to share own ideas.

 Accomplish other tasks assigned by line manager,

岗位要求：

• 3年以上模具维修经验（有注塑模具维修经验者优先）
• 中专或初中及以上学历优先
• 有外资企业工作经验者优先
• 沟通逻辑清晰
• 学习意愿强
• 团队合作意识强
