About this position:
LMCU is looking for a Mortgage Construction Administration Coordinator who will collaborate with the Construction Administration team to create a seamless workflow and gain efficiencies by eliminating secondary functions from Draw Specialists, along with ensuring LMCU standards are being met and promoted while coordinating with leadership to mitigate potential risks.
What you’ll do:
- Monitors Builder Activation email inbox, processes Builder Activation requests, updates and maintains builder profiles in loan origination software, updates and maintains builder payees in servicing system, and manages Builder Activation expirations.
- Monitors reports as assigned, new loan assignments, images trailing documents, updates and maintains the loan origination and servicing systems, and answers department phone calls.
- Communicates with members as well as internal and external partners and takes responsibility for all opportunities assigned by management. Cross-trains with other roles within department to provide better support as needed.
What you’ll bring:
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years of similar or related experience.
- Experience with mortgage servicing systems (MSP), Core Banking System, LoanQuest, and OnBase preferred.
- Knowledge in draw processing, including member and builder communication, documenting servicing system and storing required documents preferred.
- Knowledge of construction-specific documentation, construction loan and construction industry terminology preferred.
