Description

TS Trucking is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Monitoring Analyst to join our Safety team. This role is responsible for monitoring driver behavior, analyzing operational data, supporting safety initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will help identify risk trends, provide coaching recommendations, coordinate training efforts, and support dashcam and video review processes to improve fleet safety and operational performance.

Schedule: Wednesday to Monday, 11:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Location: On-site | Parque Industrial Querétaro

Responsibilities:

• Analyze driver behavior and operational data to support roadway safety initiatives.
• Coach and train drivers via phone or in person regarding behavioral and safety concerns.
• Identify and report high-risk drivers based on behavior analysis.
• Prepare weekly reports related to driver coaching and training activities.
• Coordinate with Dispatch and Driver Trainers to ensure proper coaching and corrective action plans.
• Process video recovery requests from the Claims department.
• Review monitoring data and identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with dashcam providers to resolve technical issues.
• Work with maintenance teams when dashcam equipment issues are detected.
• Support safety compliance efforts and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business, Commerce, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience as an Analyst or in a similar role.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and act quickly on assigned projects and objectives.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
