Aufgaben
Telefonische Annahme, Bearbeitung und Eingabe von Kundenaufträgen
Verarbeitung von Bestellungen via eShop, Fax oder E-Mail
Telefonische Kundenbetreuung und aktive Verkaufsförderung (Outbound & Upselling)
Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen sowie Reklamations- und Retourenabwicklung
Pflege und Neuanlage von Kundenstammdaten
Professionelle Kundenkorrespondenz und nachhaltige Betreuung
Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung interner Prozesse

Anforderungen
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erfahrung im Customer Service, idealerweise im Bereich Arzneimittelbestellungen
Ausgeprägte Service- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
Gute SAP/R3-Kenntnisse sowie sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und hohes Engagement
