Where We Need You 

Protiviti is looking for a Technology Consulting Associate Director to join our growing Microsoft SCI team.  

What You Can Expect 

As an Associate Director, you'll take a lead role in strengthening our relationships with clients and providing seamless guidance in the completion of engagements. You'll partner with our strategic clients to manage risk associated with their use of technology.  You'll develop strategies to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking, and devise solutions to support your clients' needs through analytics, automation or the latest tools and methods.  

You’ll develop new projects, help identify new business, and build lasting relationships with clients and within the community as you serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market. You will also be a mentor and provide growth and development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans.  

The Protiviti Microsoft Services team provides Security services to Clients for the strategy, planning, design, migration and implementation of a wide range of solutions utilizing Microsoft Security solutions such as, but not limited to:  

• M365 Security & Compliance applications  

• Microsoft Purview  

• Microsoft Defender  

• Microsoft Intune  

• Microsoft Sentinel  

• Microsoft Agent 365

Do Your Talents Include the Following? 

• Demonstrated experience with: 

• Strong expertise with the Microsoft 365 Security suite from a technical design, implementation and administration standpoint   

• Specific focus on experience architecting and implementing Microsoft Purview (IP, DLP, DLM, eDiscovery) across the collaboration suite of SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, & Exchange   

• Delivering business solutions on Microsoft 365.  (expertise related GCC and GCCH is desired but not required)   

• Working with global and large M365 tenants  

• Some of the following Microsoft and other technologies:  

• Entra  

• Intune  

• Defender  

• Sentinel  

• Azure  

• Microsoft Graph  

• Working knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack.   

• Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives.  

• Successfully pursuing business development opportunities and identifying and implementing strategies to obtain new work or clientele.  

• Ability to translate and communicate challenges to client personnel, including executives.  

• Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.   

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Major, MIS, Engineering, Computer Science or related technical degree). 

• 9+ years working in professional services or industry. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access. 

• 9+ years of experience with strong emphasis on architecture and implementation of Microsoft 365 Security technologies  

• Professional Certification such as Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900), CISSP, or similar strongly preferred.
