Job summary:

Client Support role is essential in providing exceptional service and support to our clients address inquiries, and insuring they have a positive experience navigating their Life, Health, and Wealth needs. Your duties will include maintaining accurate records of client interaction, inquires, and resolutions in the client management system while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Let’s talk job responsibilities:

• Answer calls as required by company policy in a helpful, professional, timely manner.
• Scheduling Appointments
• Place outgoing calls as needed to provide or obtain information.
• Document (written/on-line) all calls while in progress.
• Transfer calls to employees in other departments as required to meet client’s needs.
• Fully document client file or imaging system with all related material to leave a clear and concise audit trail.
• Actively participate in cross training and group training sessions to maximize team efficiency and maintain or exceed service standards.
• Communicate openly with supervisor, Senior Leadership, and other team members to ensure accurate responses and avoid duplication of efforts.
• Other duties as assigned.

Your experience and skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 years of related experience
• Excellent customer service, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency with MS Office
• Previous insurance or financial experience preferred, but, willing to train the right candidate.
