Provides monthly reporting and outcomes to Executives and Site Practice Administrators. Monitors and tracks department performance through the development of a metrics-based dashboard, aligning with established metrics, and implementing performance improvement measures when necessary. Utilizes external and internal benchmarks to establish and maintain appropriate staffing levels, scheduling system efficiencies, and new scheduling platforms to ensure access and efficiency. Develops and manages annual department budgets, collaborating with finance to build business unit ROI models. Provides leadership and ongoing management of effective patient care navigation initiatives, including third-party vendor management, internal resource management, performance metrics reporting, performance improvement processes, and budget management. Develops and implements a centralized patient referral center and business growth goals. Other duties as assigned. Collaborates effectively with ambulatory physician and operational leaders to ensure optimal utilization of provider time. Leads the integration of the Network Access Initiative in partnership with Executive, Physician, and Administrative Leadership, aligning with the mission, vision, values, service standards, and strategic plan. Coordinates efforts with Operations, Information Technology and Systems, and Telecommunication administrators to maintain a dynamic referral center platform for the medical group. Recruits, retains, and grows talented and experienced call center agents and supervisors while managing performance and service level agreements. Develops comprehensive strategic business plans outlining short and long-term growth objectives and detailing strategic and tactical initiatives to optimize patient access to healthcare providers. Identifies, develops, gains consensus, implements, and leads financially viable business plans and organizational models related to new and existing programs relevant to employed management initiatives and external community provider groups in support of growth opportunities.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Hands on experience with fiscal management, performance tracking metrics, and developing and adhering to service level agreements. [Required]
- Strong management experience; effective at building, leading and managing a high performing team for results. [Required]
- Ability to lead with influence and collaborate with internal and external partners to improve patient care coordination. [Required]
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate ideas and outcomes effectively. [Required]
- Ability to synthesize complex information, develop business analytics and business strategy recommendations for growth opportunities or identify barriers to growth with recommended solutions. [Required]
- Ability to deploy, implement and measure effectiveness of a network integrity model and evaluate key performance indicators. [Required]
- Ability to deliver a high level of customer service to internal customers and external strategic partners. [Required]
- Experience in managing a diverse group of individuals. [Required]
- Strong project management experience/skills. [Required]
- General knowledge of computer hardware and software; working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. [Required]
- Must be able to conduct themselves in a professional and responsible manner, hardworking and ethical. [Required]
Education:
- Master's [Preferred]
Field of Study:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Science, or equivalent in Business Administration or Health Care Administration
Work Experience:
- 2+ years management experience, including experience leading a high-performing team [Required]
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare, hospital operations, physician practice operations, patient flow/connectivity in a medical environment, or healthcare call center [Preferred]
Licenses and Certifications:
- Driver's License (DL) [Required]

Pay Range:
$106,059.20 - $197,267.20Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
