THE JOB:
Responsible for the nightly live broadcast of horse racing activity; set up and operation of sound, lighting equipment, cameras, projectors, and microphones, for live performances and events. Must work well with other team members in a broadcast control room and live entertainment/event environment. Promotes positive public and employee relations. Performs other duties as assigned.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Operate cameras, robotic controls, and A/V equipment to capture live racing and entertainment events
• Set up and manage lighting, sound, and projection systems for broadcasts, performances, and events
• Work in a broadcast control room handling graphics, audio mixing, and video production
• Assist with photography and video archiving for racetrack and event coverage
• Ensure seamless technical execution by setting up and breaking down equipment before and after events

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 1+ years of experience in broadcast, live sound, or media production
• Hands-on experience with cameras, lighting, sound mixing, and other production equipment
• Ability to work effectively in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate in a control room and live event setting
• Flexibility to work variable shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays

This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
