Location: Chonburi/Rayong, Thailand

Position Summary: Perform specialized maintenance, repair, and optimization of mechanical systems including HVAC, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and associated equipment to ensure optimal data center environmental conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair HVAC systems, chillers, and cooling equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance on pumps, fans, and mechanical equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical system failures and performance issues
• Conduct vibration analysis and alignment procedures
• Replace filters, belts, bearings, and other consumables
• Support commissioning and performance testing of mechanical systems
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Follow safety protocols and lockout/tagout procedures
• Coordinate with electrical and general maintenance teams
• Participate in emergency response and on-call rotation

Qualifications:

• Diploma or certificate in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC
• 3+ years of hands-on mechanical maintenance experience
• Experience with precision air conditioning and chilled water systems
• Knowledge of refrigeration cycles and HVAC controls
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and meters
• Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of safety procedures and best practices
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including shifts
• Basic English and proficient Thai communication skills
